Life Steps

developed by
Steve Safren, PhD

sessions delivered by
Linda Graetz, RN

A brief one-on-one behavioral learning session for folks who need to spruce up their antiretroviral medication adherence.

It is an hour and a half long with a brief follow-up contact.

During the session, you will:

1. learn why medication adherence is so important in combating your infection;

2. problem-solve obstacles that might be preventing you from using your meds to maximum effectiveness; and

3. rehearse a day of perfect medication adherence.

The first 20 people eligible to participate, will be paid $10.00 for helping us to adapt this intervention to PCAF, and $5.00 for the follow-up contact.

Contact Linda at 383-2565 after August 23 to find out more about eligibility.
