S.T.E.P.

A 2-part series (3 topics per day) of trainings for people living with HIV/AIDS on managing their health.  Topics include Living with Your HIV Drugs and Exercise and Nutrition Strategies for Better Health.  It is free of charge. 

When? Saturday Oct. 7 and Saturday Oct. 14, 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. with lunch provided 12 to 1. 

Where? Group Health Cooperative's Tacoma Specialty Center at MLK Jr. Way and Division St. near Tacoma General.

Transportation? Parking on 3rd St. off of MLK Jr. Way.  Buses #16, 26, and 25
