VOLUNTEER
The success of the
Pierce County AIDS Foundation hinges on the energy and determination of our
volunteers. PCAF volunteers come from all walks of life and complete a variety
of necessary tasks. There are volunteers who have logged over ten hours a week
for over ten years, and volunteers who join us after business hours two or three
times a year to help us prepare for special events, like the AIDS Walk. From
cooking with the housing staff, to filing records for the administrative team,
our volunteers keep PCAF running smoothly.
Many people say
they never begin volunteering because they are never asked. We are asking; we
ask that you share your time, your enthusiasm, and your passion with us. Please
join our team of Community Corp. Volunteers. Working side by side with staff,
many volunteers find their ideal service opportunity at our organization. We
will do our best to match your availability and interest with our immediate
volunteer needs.
