PCAF will host a workshop on how to give a simple neck and shoulder massage. This workshop will be led by Valerie Knapp who is a professional massage practitioner. It will take place on Thursday, January 18 from 5:30 to 7:00 P.M. in the group room. It is free and open to clients, their caregivers, and volunteers. You are cordially invited to join us and relax.
