On Thursday, April 19, 5:30 PM to 7 PM, PCAF will host a Reiki workshop with master practitioner Elizabeth Essig. Reiki is a healing art that uses hand placements but not necessarily touch. Elizabeth will teach us how to give a simple Reiki treatment to ourselves and each other. Reiki is relaxing, energizing, and safe. This workshop will be held in the Group Room. It is free and open to all PCAF clients, caregivers, and volunteers. Refreshments will be served. Please join us for an enjoyable evening! together.
